Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence - BSAI

Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence (BSAI)
The BSAI program equips students with cutting-edge skills in artificial intelligence, including machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven decision-making. Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵs will possess an understanding of both the technical and ethical dimensions of AI.
AI technologies can be utilized across a wide range of applications, such as planning and optimization, perception and computer vision, simulation and modeling, natural language processing, robotic process automation, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
Program Educational Objectives
Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵs of the Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence program will be trained and empowered to achieve the following core capabilities:
- Identify how artificial intelligence can help produce an optimized solution given a complex, real-world problem.
- Apply both symbolic and numeric computational models effectively.
- Apply artificial intelligence mechanisms for advanced automated decision-making and action selection.
- Apply artificial intelligence principles within multi-agent systems, distributed systems, and critical man-machine interfaces.
- Design, analyze, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art AI and machine learning techniques to process real-world data sequences, including image, speech, and natural language data containing ambient noise or uncertainty.
- Apply fundamental computer science foundational skills, including data structure and algorithm design, software programming, and computing systems integration.
- Apply mathematical modeling foundations, including discrete mathematics, computer logic, probability, statistical analysis, classification paradigms, and structural regressions.
