PeopleSoft is a commercial software solution powered by Oracle that helps bring Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ and the UT System into the 21st Century of data management.
The PeopleSoft team at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ has been working diligently with our UT System counterparts to achieve outstanding accomplishments for the Human Resources and Finance systems.
What is UT Share?
The PeopleSoft implementation at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ is a UT Share project. “UT Share” is a term used for projects that provide solutions to support unlimited possibilities across the UT System. Specifically, UT Share projects are system-wide shared initiatives that allow participating institutions to reap the benefits of shared governance, shared services, and shared expertise. In this case, the PeopleSoft solution helps us to:
- Partner with other UT System institutions to create unified HR and Finance solutions
- Gain cost efficiencies through economies of scale
