About Physical Therapy
To become a physical therapist, one must earn a doctor of physical therapy (DPT) degree from a program like the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ DPT Program that has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵs must then pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) and become licensed in one or more states.
