Summer 2026 Workshop Series

Foundations of Computing and AI for Research

A three-session hands-on series designed to introduce researchers to computing at every scale.

About the Series

Great research starts with a strong foundation. This three-part hands-on workshop series is designed to build yours, guiding you step by step through the computing platforms that power modern research. Start with HPC fundamentals on Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ's Punakha cluster, advance to machine learning on the TACC Vista supercomputer, and explore how to take control of your own Large Language Models using NSF ACCESS cloud.
